In the event that the weather is forecast to be at or below 0°C at any time over night and due to remain below +2°C at 8:00AM then club rides for that day will be cancelled. We shall be using the Meteorological Office forecast for the Crawley area (available at: http://www.metoffice.gov.uk/public/weather/forecast/gcpfg9hty) for the purpose of this policy.
Nominated ride leaders will not be expected to meet at the designated ride start point but are encouraged to contact the relevant ride organiser in the case of doubt. Club members however remain free to meet at the usual start point and ride at their own risk but any such ride will not be considered to be an official Crawley Wheelers ride.
