This Saturday's C ride will be led by the high-performance Helen May! She's chosen a lovely rural route out through Warnham and back through Nuthurst, but of course the highlight will be coffee and cake at the cafe!
The Old Barn Restaurant - Tates of Sussex
This is a moderate C ride, within the guidelines, suitable for anyone happy with a gentle cruise to enjoy the views! We aim to ride as a tight group for most of the ride, then just doing your own pace up the main hills and getting a quick breather at the top, before continuing as a group. If you're new to our weekend rides please introduce yourself to Helen at the start. Please load the route to your device if possible to assist the group, if not, just follow the leader!
