Speed: 13-15 mph
Dist: 35-45 miles
This ride is suitable for those who are confident riding in group and able to ride within the guidelines.
This week's heroic volunteer ride leader is Helen May! Someone had to cancel their lead at short notice, so Helen stepped in to save the C ride! She's leading a flat-ish ride out through Rusper, then a slightly different route through the lanes home. The main attraction is the Sussex Charmer cheese on toast at the cafe, although other snacks are available!

This is a "no-drop" ride within the C ride guidelines, so expect to ride as a tight group for most of the ride, except the main hills which we climb at our own pace and re-group at the top. This means nobody will be left behind, and the group should share responsibility for keeping everyone together. Guideline average is around 14mph. The route will be similar to below, although Helen may shorten the route back... just follow your ride leader! If you're new to our weekend rides, please introduce yourself to Helen at the start.
