This week your glittering volunteer ride leader is Glyn Graham! He's taking you on a nice loop out via Rusper and Peaslake, to enjoy the delights of The Village Shop And Tea Room at Abinger Hammer. This is a "no-drop" ride within the C ride guidelines, so expect to ride as a tight group for most of the ride, except the main hills which we climb at our own pace and re-group at the top. Guideline average is around 14mph. Please load the route to your device if possible, as this helps the group, and listen to your volunteer ride leader!
