Ian Turner is kindly leading this weeks Sunday D Ride.
The coffee stop will be in Stanmer Park, opposite the Amex stadium. The route will take you down to Haywards Heath, Wivelsfield Green, Lewes. Back via Hurstpeirpoint and Bolney.

A note on guide speed. Please be considerate of others whilst out. The guide speed is there to ensure people know what they can expect from the ride. Depending on the mix of riders we sometimes move along at a speed, that before we know it, is over the advertised guide, myself included. A lot factors feed into this, weather conditions, elevation, distance and clientele. Its useful for the group, no matter what the pace, if anyone wishing the speed to be eased, verbalises this. However this should not be relied upon as the only method of monitoring if a ride is suiting all parties. Lets all be attentive and considerate. This will assist us all, and assist in making the movement between speed groups appealing. I'm sure we all want to be supportive of each other and enjoy the experience together.
