This week your lovely leader is Andy Pitcairn. He's chosen the Apple Tree Cafe in Bucks Green for his debut C ride lead, please give him your full support! At around 43 miles and maybe 1800ft total climbing this is a nice medium C ride.

This is a "no-drop" ride within the C ride guidelines, all welcome! This means we aim to ride as a tight group, guideline average pace around 14mph. The group should keep the pace comfortable for all riders on the day, in particular people should not ride "off the front", as this tends to split the group. The exception would be the main hill, which riders just climb at their own pace, and re-group at the top.
