This week the colourful Tim Caig has volunteered to be our lovely leader! He's chosen the Post House, Henfield as the tea stop, a bit of a hidden gem, with its secret garden and fabulous food!

We do have to cycle there and back, with a rolling route out through Maplehurst and back through Twineham. I particularly like it being flat for a few miles after the cafe, while we all find our legs again!
This is a "no-drop" ride within the C ride guidelines. This means we aim to ride as a tight group, with a guideline pace around 14mph. The exception is the main hills, which we climb individually, then re-group at the top. Please load the route to your device if possible, this helps if there is a large group on the day!
