This ride is suitable for those who are experienced riding in a group and within the guidelines.

This ride will be kept between 14-16mph, and it is a no drop ride.
You do not need to pre book to join this bike ride, but please note you need to give your name to Nicky at the start of the ride in case we need this for track and trace.

In terms of group sizes we can now have larger groups for cycling, but MUST make sure we are in 6's if indoors at a cafe.
