This week we're aiming for a glimpse of Heaven, that's the view from The Stable Tea Rooms at Heaven Farm, of course.

People say it's not easy to get to Heaven, but we have arranged some nice weather, and we can appreciate the great Sussex countryside as we enjoy the undulating route out through Lindfield. We then relish the rolling country roads on the way back through Ardingly, with a cruise down Turners Hill to complete our ride.
This week's leader is Dean Butler, who will be bringing his lockdown lbs with him, so expect the ride to be steady, not speedy. We aim to ride as a group for most of the ride, just doing our own pace on the main hills and re-grouping at the top. This makes it a "no-drop" ride, with a gudeline average speed this week of 13-14mph, but starting off more gently as we find our weekend riding legs again. If you want to rush about at a racey 15mph or more, please consider the D ride!
Please see the C ride gudelines elsewhere on this website for more information about our group rides, and remind yourselves of our anti-Covid risk assessment. Highlights include masks at the tea stop, and Dean will collect names for test and trace regulations.
Please load the route to your device if possible. That's it, see you on sunny Saturday!
