Glyn has kindly agreed to lead the Saturday C ride again this week. His route is to the Tulip Tree tea rooms in Chiddingstone, famous for cake, in particular for the large portions! It's a couple of miles longer than recent C rides but fairly flat, so Glyn advises "We’ll take it easy & enjoy the fab countryside". If possible, please load the route to your device, or just follow the leader!
This is a "no-drop" ride, all welcome! We aim to ride as a tight group within the C ride guidelines, moderating our pace to keep the group together. The exceptions will be the main hills, which we ride at our own pace and re-group at the top.
Please check the C ride guidelines to ensure this is a good ride level for you! Please also look at the anti-Covid risk assessment. Highlights include "Rule of 6" at the cafe (but not while riding) and masks for moving around in the cafe. As part of this, Glyn will note the names of members on the ride (for track and trace regs) and further contact details for any non-members taking advantage of our "2 free rides" offer.
Please note this ride will not take place if it's wet, however weather looks good for Saturday as I type, have a nice ride!
