Kindly stepping forward to lead this week is Michael Mackie.
Its named the Three Fast Fords. A lumpy route to start with on the edge of the Ashdown Forest mainly on small country roads. It then heads north to Forest Row and Lingfield. The final climb is a few miles from the coffee stop at 40 miles in.
Coffee will be at Priory Farm followed by a gentle roll home. Finishing at Poundhill, Crawley.
Average speed will be 14-16 mph.
