Opposite Iceland in Town Centre 8.45am meet for a 9.00am depart
This ride is Female Friendly, it focuses on providing an environment for ladies where they can feel comfortable and confident riding in a group.

Adrian Riddle is your Ride Captain this week. The stop is going to be Strawberry Fields or The Frog & Nightgown, I guess we will decide on the day based on whether its nice enough to sit outside at The F&G, which it should be! 10 to 12 mph or at the speed of the slowest rider. Enjoy.
