Surrey League Road Race (Kingston Wheelers) 3rds

The Wheelers are sending a small but strong team of five (a third the size of the host team) to the first proper road race of the season at Dunsfold this Saturday morning. Despite their advanced years the team is fairly inexperienced, this will be Justin’s first race on the open road, and will be looking to gnarled veteran Nigel to keep them organised.

At 51 miles the course is probably too long to suit Simon so the team may opt to try and get a strong rouleur like Martin into a break, although Alan is always a dark horse for a strong result on any course.

Best of luck guys.
